Download our vehicle inspection verificationAll Optimum vehicles are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This assures you that your vehicle will be placed under the care of qualified technicians who only use manufacturer-approved parts.
In addition, all Optimum Used Vehicles come with a standard minimum 3-month/5,000 km (whichever comes first) used vehicle limited warranty.
You may also choose to take advantage of an Optimum Used Vehicle Protection Plan to extend your warranty.
What’s more, you can even transfer any non-expired warranty to a new owner if you decide to sell your Optimum vehicle.
Thanks to 24-hour roadside assistance (included for at least 3 months or 5,000 km), you benefit from:
• Help in the event of a flat or if you run out of gas, for instance;
• A trip interruption reimbursement allowance; and
• A convenient trip routing service to help you find your way quickly.
Besides, whether or not your Optimum vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer’s new vehicle limited warranty, you can take advantage of GM roadside assistance, which includes:
• Help from a technician dispatched on location;
• Towing.
You’re not entirely satisfied with your new vehicle? Exchange it.
You can do so up to 30 days or 2,500 km after the date of purchase, whichever happens first, for any other eligible Optimum Used Vehicle.
Want to exchange it for a vehicle of lesser value?
You’ll get a credit equivalent to the difference. If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is greater, you simply pay the difference.
